hi there does anyone out there have any advice for me? I have been going to the gym religiously for a month now. for an hour about 4-5 times a week. Have about 3 stone to lose. Anyway i weighed myself this morning, and have put on 1lb. Have been healthy eating as well by the way! Am 41 years old female, do you think its just my age, am i just meant to be big!
