WELL DONE AMAZON

Ordered an electric blanket first thing Weds morning, for a relative in Newcastle who is ill and cannot stay warm. It arrived Friday morning and she is delighted with it. Ordered on free delivery and did not expect it to arrive that quick, grateful it did though.

Tesco on the other hand have not been able to deliver her food due to the weather. Fortunately she has good neighbours.

I am still waiting for play.com to deliver item ordered end of Dec. Says despatched but cannot complain until 21 days has elapsed.

I ordered a traffic device for my TomTom just after Christmas from Amazon. It was despatched the same day (December 27th) and it still hasn't turned up!

Yep, in my experience Amazon has the best customer service of any company i've dealt with.
Probably because their customer service seems to be based on the American way of doing things, where the customer REALLY DOES come first!

Makes a change these days!

same had xbox console delivered within 48 hours via HDN

so respect to the couriers/drivers/posties as well.....more importantly

Play.com are useless there customer service is the worst ever!! I have had numerous problems with them saying they will refund stuff!! Took me over a month to get a refund which they kept saying they had authorised!!!

I have to agree, Amazon's customer services are great

Debenhams on the other hand.....................don't get me started!!
