There are some lovely Boutiques in there mixed in with normal stores like boots, debenhams etc etc - some of the shops are really nicely designed and if it wasnt for the fact that I live in the South West I would pop up there over Christmas (oh and also I hate crowds :-D)
Westfiled is an Australian company and have we have a Boutique in their Derby Centre as well - very impressive

Trafford Centre is good also - did that one too :-D

Went Sunday (opens @ 12-6pm). By 1pm it was packed!!!!!!! Lots of shops, but most have small floor space - no queues at tills which shows no-one buying! Too many people, and odd layout makes it hard to find/see all shops. Did manage to get a map of the centre but it doesn't help much coz map not labelled - just coordinated key. Better choices and more sizes on high street stores. Although 50 'eat places' not many options for kids. Take packed lunch! spent 1 and a half hours trying to sit down to eat,,,m&S closed off cafe coz too full, as did Debenhams (not enough tables/chairs). Nandos and Pizza express had 1 hour queues ...also Gournmet burger which was outside. Some good shops if you could get in them...ie Ugg [roped off with doorman - OTT], Apple, hmv, nike town and baby shops [too many people]. Go off peak! Expensive parking. But will deliver your shopping for you ?cost?. Also have a cloakroom. Will personally be doing my Xmas shop at Kingston/Oxford street instead.
