What are ebuyer like at giving money back after they reduce their prices?

I ordered the 4.3" Navigo satnav from ebuyer a few days ago for £60.99 and it's just been reduced to £54.99. I have noticed people telling others on here to get in contact with Amazon when this sort of thing happens and Amazon usually credit their accounts with the difference. Anyone had this kind of experience with ebuyer? Granted it's only £6 but it's £6 I could really do with!

    ask them?

so you buy something at a price , a few days later i gets reduced and you want them to give you the difference because you bought it before they reduced it...............
would you do the same if you bought something from tesco or other retail out let...........

    some people .. just ridiculous

Amazon have dropped this a while back. You can't claim the money difference back from them.

don't you have 14 days distance selling to change your mind. No harm giving them a call and mentioning that. Would save everyone hassle if they did it the easy way. Don't they have a forum?

I bought a TV from Argos priced at £750 which then got lowered to £700 in a matter of days. I contacted them and they said they would refund the difference by cheque or voucher so no harm trying.

    Amazon don't do this anymore.
    Ebuyer won't either.

Yes but you have to pay signed postage to return it. (Ive had things disappear when you don't)

Ebuyer do not offer this. But as said you could use the DSR to return the first one and buy again at cheaper price.
