What are some really good and interesting documentaries to watch?

Recently I have watched a few really good documentaries and I'm looking for more to watch, please let me know your suggestions below.

The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz (2014 Documentary) this is a must
Going Clear.
The films of Nick Broomfield (Louis Theroux cites him as a core inspiration).
class of 92 is a good watch and someone mentioned the hunt which is on bbc right now.

Thanks for all your comments/suggestions, I will try to check as much if these out as possible.
BBC has just shown a series all about colour. Should still be on IPlayer. I loved it, but i'm a sometimes physics teacher. Fascinating stuff!

I am open to all genres really, I don't really follow F1 and really loved watching Senna and I don't mind watching foreign movies/docs with subtitles, have seen Rec ( spanish horror movie) with english subtitles among others.
