What are the laws on dogs barking after 10pm?

Hi might sound a bit strange but does anyone know if theres a law to not let your dog outside constantly barking after 10pm? one of our neighbour has his dog out at the moment barking and is doing it to aggrivate people, this is just a part of a long going case we have against him too which has even gone to court
