    What are the trading rights?

I went on to a price comparison site sort of thing and saw a TV for £350. I then went on to the actual site and it was £500.
Can I claim that they are advertising the TV for £350 so they have to give it me for that price other wise it is false advertising. The only flaw is that it's not the actual site that's advertising it.....

    You are joking aren't you.

    good luck with that

almost as good as the time-difference gambling idea

    look up 'invitation to treat'

id say you will definately get it

No chance!! Some comparison sites are slow to update and quite often show wrong prices, not the responsibility of the company trading.
