What are you all paying for Virgin broadband?

I am on Virgin broadband (internet only) and i am paying £25 a month for 10meg, i just spoke to them and they said they could do 20meg for £23 for first six months then £30 a month for last six months, is this a good deal? i think not - anyway i said i would get back to them, so what are you all paying?

That sounds like a lot to me

I pay £25 a month and get tv, phone, and 10mb broadband for that.

P.S I was paying £25 a month for Basic tv 10meg bb and phoneline, so £25 just for 10 meg bb seems a bit much to me

20mb is only £28 a month with phone talk 24

all the channels except sky movies

has sky package - 10mg unlimited download BB, sky talk and the entertainment pack on tv ( no mov/sport) i pay 32 but on top is the 12 BT line rental - considering the switch to V+HD and 20mg fibre BB inc phone for about 30 i think first 2 months free XL tv.. dunno what that is though!

Best policy is to decide how much you are prepared to pay per month, and then see what speed they offer for that amount. FWIW, I dont find I need the extra 20meg speed, 10meg does me fine - but I only expect to pay about £15 for the privilege. That's with no additional services, BTW (no phone, no tv, no mobile)

At the end of the day, as long as your happy with the speed, consistency, and service, what do you think is a fair price?

I agree totally with your comments, they offered me the 10 meg for £18 a month, i see £15 as more reasonable:thumbsup:

    i pay £40 month
    XL BB
    XL TV
    XL phone free calls 24/7
    1 x V+HD box
    2 x V boxes (kids rooms)
    including line rental

we are with virgin & costs £14.99 a month for upto 8meg i think, but we can only get 1 maybe 1.5meg on a really good day as we are too far from the exchange.
