What condition are EE good as new handsets like ?

I bought a few when they (as Orange) used to sell on Ebay and everything was as new, no scratches, dents ect. I never had any problems with any of them.

for me always perfect condition, plain box, but a few times they have had faults, but they replaced the phone next day without issue.

Not purchased from EE but all "as new" phones I had in past you cant tell the difference from a new one!

Only purchased one phone, lumia 930, stated 'open box' was literally perfect. If it's stated as new then i'm sure it'll be as described.
