    ummmmmm my favourite

    Leg of Lamb (roast dinner).
We have a neighbour who gets the sell by date stuff in Tescos just before closing. On Saturday he brought a leg of lamb for £3.95 (the real price was £18.50). Will get two meals out of it.

Casseoulet is basically a French bean stew. Loads of haricot blanc with a tomato style sause usually stuffed full of different bits of pork, sausage, belly etc. Its delicious!

Never had it accompanied with rice though, but the fizz sounds like a nice side course!!
