i take pasta meals in dishes or salads in bowl, like what they sell in shops

    Cous Cous
    Fruit
    Yoghurt

Sometimes I take sandwiches and pop them in a toastie bag so i can have toasties at work...that's nice in the winter. Home made soup is nice if you have access to a microwave. I always keep a couple of yoghurt's in the fridge at work too and fruit that comes in little cartons. If I cook pasta the night before and have left overs I take that and just heat it up.

That looks great. I find taking fruit a pain as I always seem to end up squishing it lol...I end up with squashed cherries or grapes and bruised bananas.

This month I shall be mostly eating chicken lips

yeah it is a little pricey, but you get codes to have it reduced etc.. you actually pic what you would like them to send, or just let them decide. They only deliver 2 days a week which if perfect for me as i only go INTO work twice a week.

Saves me messing about looking for food, making sarnies, or going out to buy food.

    They are delicious though.

Pot Noodles, Microwave curry pots (have a stash in my van) somedays take sandwiches and on fridays it's fish n chips

I am really lucky that way - I hardly ever put on any weight. People at work are shocked how much I eat for such a small person but I can't help it. I try to leave all my change at home to keep me away from the vending machines
