    What do you use??

When you think about submitting a deal on here what site do you use to see whether what you are about to submit is actually a really good deal?? Or is the cheapest you have found it!?
I'm getting fed up with thinking that something is good (after searching for it) only to find out it's cheaper elsewhere by people voting cold and/or leaving a rude comment!!
    Thank you!!
    Any comments are appriciated!!

I don't post many 'deals' myself, tend to just browse around instead.

Totally agree with the annoying fact that several users post sarcy, negative and nonsense responses to most deals.

Makes you not want to bother posting in the first place.

yes - totally agree - i mentioned this on a really good deal last week - just because its not there type of music - food etc they vote cold - no need to -

as for putting deals up i did see a printer reallt good price so i put that up and yes i got a couple of negative remarks - still think hduk is brilliant though -

This one is quite good for dvd's & cd's, also has a search for other stuff electricals, games etc .. if you scroll down the page find-dvd.co.uk/

It has been said before, a good deal will find heat anyway, a lot of deals go cold without comment, I sometimes find myself the first to comment/add heat, then watch it, other comments come in and the heat goes up...there are some rude people on here, however, they tend to disappear after a while, most of the genuine community members seem to stay around, help, vote hot frequently and only vote cold with reason....I think HUKD is great, and have enjoyed some good discussions and found some great deals on here....now to go and find chesso...what is that little fox up to now?

It seems some will vote cold on their personal taste i.e. if they don't like the particular band, film etc. they will vote cold regardless of it being a price. Also, I think some vote Supermarket deals cold purely based on the fact of it being a Supermarket deal.

There isn't really anything you can do, just grin and bear and it, thats what I've learnt to do! ;-)

I vote a lot of things hot on basis of the price not what it is, if its not my taste and a good deal, i vote hot.

If it can be found cheaper but only few pence cheaper i tend to vote hot, if its a lot cheaper elsewhere or really something mega bad and tacky.

Rarely i vote as im always heading for misc not the deal section lol
