    TWIRLING TREES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Spinning trees cause a stir

Three rotating trees installed next to a major city road junction are the latest addition to Liverpool's artistic landscape.

Arbores Laetae - or Joyful Trees - has transformed a former brownfield site as part of the Biennial arts festival.

Designed by New York architects Diller, Scofidio and Renfro, festival bosses say the work gives people a chance to "view nature at its most unnatural".

    The Biennial, featuring 30 commissions,

'30 commissions' in real terms means thousands £££ for 'consultants - so called artists'

and we are paying for it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what really pzzes me off - why do they have to bring in New York architects Diller, Scofidio and Renfro - pay them £££££££££££ to design carp like that - beggars belief - lloyd grosman - yes that loyd grosman was on the board - he took his £££££££££ and ran

capital of culture equates to 'when the money runs out - so do we

:roll:Culture? The nearest thing there is yoghurt! I am not meaning the people who live there, just the twonks who designed the stupid spinning trees. Seriously though...............
