What fixture to use for hanging a large picture frame?

I want to fix this: ikea.com/gb/…08/ to a 1930s house lounge wall. The wall is plastered and I am unsure what is underneath. I assume it is bricks?

Although a large 61x91cm frame it is 3.6kg.

I tried one of the double nail picture hooks from the Ikea Fixa pack: ikea.com/gb/…78/

However the frame bent the hook part of the fixing so it straightened out quite a bit. I contacted Ikea and they have said to go to a local hardware store! Left wondering why I bought their Fixa picture fixing pack.

The hanging part on the picture is rectangular with pointed 'teeth' like feature on the inside (all metal).

I thought I would try here for sensible advice and suggestions before trekking over to a hardware store.

Thanks for your help.

Do you have direct product link to this exact fixing hook on Amazon? There are lots of variants of this type of fitting.
Thanks for the images.

I bought mine years ago but these look the same: amazon.co.uk/dp/…me=
You might want to do as I have and made 2 hanging supports at the back of the frame. either d ring like this:https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/71TM2AC6gpL._SL1500_.jpg
Or the same as you have like this: https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/51xvg%2B%2BwkvL._SL1000_.jpg
If you are using idea's hooks, use a couple spaced a few inches apart to spread the load and hang it on picture wire. I have a very heavy mirror held up like this on a paperboard wall and it is fine

I was considering this as a possible option. Thanks for your comment stating your mirror has been fine in this configuration.

My mirror must be at least 5kg as the frame is glass mosaic. It hangs above a glass shelf too so double jeopardy.
This is what I've used for mirrors and pictures around the house. Something heavy duty!

I have a similar sized picture bought from Barker and Stonehouse. I hung it on 2 standard picture hooks. It's on a poster board wall It's not too heavy. I also have a pair of glass pictures which are heavy on a plaster wall. For those I used 2 wall plugs and screws.
Thanks everyone for your comments. They have provided a few useful options to consider.

Bought these Wilko hooks and also purchased a packet of Screw Tite Screw Net Coat Yellow 4.5 x 40mm 15pk £1.25 from Wilko

I have to admit I was unsure what size of screw to go for. The combination appears to be working well so far.
