Recently i sold an item on ebay, copied the confirmed address from paypal and sent the item 1st class standard.
After few days the buyer contacted me saying they havent received the item, i told them to wait few more days if nothing received i will refund which i did.
after 15 working days i submitted a claim to royal mail, today i received a letter from RM telling that the receiving address is not recognized within their network .
Does this mean i lost in this case ? i didnt label the parcel with return address. therefore i wont receive it back ?
