Currently having issues with Xiaomi customer service, was wondering peoples experiences. If they are similar to mine:
-The people on the phone make lots of promises, such as call backs and passing this to supervisors, or escalating the call but nothing happens;
-No record of previous phone calls then finding the records
-Customer service emails not acknowledged as received, no reply to emails, no reply to twitter both tweet and direct message
Wondering if it was just me.
