Iv tried googling and i just keep getting results about recent designers, which isnt what I want. I need 6 different ones that are pretty distinctive. so far iv got the 60's mod style(mini dress and knee high platform boots) and flapper girl. oh im interested in female fashion, not male. thankyou very much

Punk was 1976 - 79, was replaced by new romanticism.

50's ...think Grease. Poodle skirts, capri pants ankle socks. The start of rock and roll when kids started to style themselves on music idols.

Jeans must be one of the biggest, when i was a teenager we were constantly ridiculed by adults pf the day that we were wearing overalls to go out in. Quite how they changed from farm labourer work wear to must have fashion items Iam not sure but it could be a project on its own

well, i did not expect poodle skirts to actually be full skirts with pictures of poodles on

this is actually really interesting, i can see me getting to distracted and not actually getting any drawing done.
thanks again everyone. apart from post 21 oO

Oh and its London fashion week by the way. All our Uni students have been catwalking all their years collection that they have designed and sewed themselves. Maybe that's why it's a subject for you.
