I have a flight to India soon and it states for check in allowance, dimension per bag: 81 li/208 lcm

Could anyone tell me what this exactly means? thanks

A checked bag can be up to 90cm x 75cm x 43cm (35.5in x 29.5in x 16in) – including any bits that stick out, like the handle, pockets and wheels.
Recently most of the flight especially BA announces waiver for Oversized bags and can be upto 190cm x 75cm x 65 cm (75 in x 29.5 in x 25.5 in)....Beyond that limit they will ask us to ship the baggage via Cargo! No charge for oversized bags nowadays!!!
