What is Candy's pollicy on repairing an appliance.
I have a Candy CCT685X cooker hood, which i got in September this year and it makes a lot of noise and recently the moter was overheating and turning off. So the first time the engineer came on the 11TH November and told us, you have got a cheap appliance, this is what you should expect from it. We asked the engineer to come out again to fix this and second time parts were ordered on the 11TH December. We still have not heard anything from them. When i asked what is the time they allow for repairs before considering replacement, they have no answer for that. Does anyone have any experience on this?
