What is the best gaming motherboard?

Hello, i want to start building my own computer, I am wanting to start with a good gaming motherboard. I have about £70 - £80 to spend on one what do you recomend?

I want it to be able to take DDR2 memory (at least 4GB +)and have a few PCI-E slots.

any other advice i might need? and what do you recommend i get next?

Im looking to build a PC and found this link earlier today:

    overclock3d.net/art…t/1

I cant personnally vouch for the parts but they all seem good (with a bit of research)

    Hope it helps>

depends what processors you want to run on it and how much you are willing to spend. generally i recommend anything by asus made in taiwan as they seem to be quite reliable, and when you say a few PCI-E slots are you talking about x16? because they generally dont come in more than 2, though nvidia have just released a triple sli chip.
