eBay is your only option to get anywhere close to a substantial amount of money for it, but obviously you have some risks attached.
If it has lines running down it, officially speaking you should also be listing it on eBay as faulty for parts too. You're going to get less for it as it is indeed faulty.

When did you buy it? Did you buy it from a shop/online store. It could be under a shop warranty.
Brothers s20 had an issue and we bought it used from curry's ebay and almost 2 years later they fixed the screen and new battery for free.
