Child care scheme are pointless, what happens when your kids in school.

Employer shout flexible working but what they really mean is for them not you, I've stated what hours i can work and all i get back is well we need people who can start at 6am\finish at 3am on a rota, we need you to be flexible about working weekends and holidays, you may need to work until 8pm, we may need you to work in other locations etc.

Until part time and flexible, work to the advantage of the employee instead of being an excuse to have one person on call 24\7 when the job is advertised as only 8 hours a week anyway, theres no point to this unless your lucky enough to be in a two parent family in which case you should have someone who can look after the children anyway while the other works

PM slams brakes on controversial tax rise

Great news. Most self employed people I know think the changes are fair as they are now entitled to maternity and sickness pay.

Government can't win. Spend more on health and social care. Needs paying for so they raise some taxes. With the same hand they are raising the personal tax allowance that people are ignoring to give us workers more money in our pockets.

Corbyn in his black hole complaining that some taxes are rising when he wants to spend billions. Can't have it both ways Jeromy. That's what the last shower did and just riddled us with debt and 30 years of PFI to look after the rich champagne socialists.
