I have a bag full of them!! Was going to make crab apple jelly, which is what they might be i suppose

does it taste like an apple?

    Is it a quince?

    They look like baby pumpkins...

Make sure you take them back, if you brought a bag i take it that they were a bag of apples!

They came from a tree, suspiciously like an apple tree tbh. So i don't think they're pumpkin.

Not sure it's a quince, It's quite small, and green

Not scrumping as such, they were from a friend's tree, although they have less idea than me about what it is!

    that looks like a walnut.

    Looks like Hitler's ballbag

Quince gets my vote as well.
