I'm looking to get a new phone. I'm debating between an iPhone, a Blackberry or the Galaxy S. Please give me some advice, I'll be getting the phone on contract. Rep will be added

i currently have the blackberry bold 9700, i really like it. im on orange contract for 2 years. have had this phone for a few months now. really easy to use, internet on the go. it has BB messenger which i used all the time! i love it :-)

you wont get the most out of a blackberry really unless all ur mates have one, if your after the internet facilities id go down either of the other routes, most apps on the iphones obvs

Same here - same phone and love it. Not knocking the iphone etc but I don't like touch screens and love the qwerty keyboard on the BB.

Galaxy s is a great phone.

If your getting it new on contract wait till the desire hd comes out and compare with that.iphone in my opinion isnt worth the money.

Looking at the desire HD that would be the phone to go for.

I've never used a Blackberry so can't comment there. Depends how techy you are, the iPhone is very simple to use whereas Android on the Galaxy S is not as polished and has a steeper learning curve with all the mounting and unmounting SD cards if you plug it into a PC. I have both and the iPhone wins it for me because Apple are more consistent while Samsung have been promising new firmware since September. If you intend on keeping the phone for some time do yourself a favour and spend the little extra and get the iPhone.

Or spend a little less and get the HTC Desire.
