I bought a Brother MFC-235C from Costco, with compatible cartridges that cost £5.08 a set. This replaced a Lexmark X1180 that required extortionately priced cartridges.

What printer do you have, and are you happy with the price of the cartridges?

epson aculazer c1100,
fantastic printer!
cheap to run!

Ive got a HP C6280 which ive had for a year and never had to replace a cartridge yet so very pleased with the seemingly small amount of ink it uses......

HP Laserjet 4000N. Cost me £25 a year ago.
Just bought a generic 10,000 page toner for it, which cost £15 delivered.

I also have a Canon i865 photo/cd printer. Cost me ~ £95 new, 3 years ago. Works flawlessly and the nozzles rarely ever clogg (even when it's not used for a month), unlike those nasty Epson printers. Cost for a set of 5 inks is ~ £7 delivered.

Brother DCp - 135 love it, does the job and ink is so cheap!
