    A colour printer

The problem with inkjets is that they can be very costly to run. The pcpro website gives costs per colour page for printers and for the HP they quote 3.6p for a colour A4 page (which is pretty good for an inkjet). If you compare this to their recommended business laser printer - the cost is 1.1p for a colour A4 page.

So you will need to do some calculations based on how many lealfets you might want to do over a 3 or 5 year period and work out which is going to be cheaper in the long run.

To be honest, if you are knocking out that many, depending on the page coverage even a £200 laser printer will need new toners each time u print that many. Unless you buy a printer which is made for printing high volumes.

The HP is a nice printer, if you are going down the inkjet route, the HP business type printer is the one I would go for, nice big carts.

But a laser printer is where I would aim for if you are doing this much printing. Expect to spend up to £1000 to get one which wont cost an arm and leg to run printing these sorts of numbers.

Also, just incase some people say otherwise. Lexmark laser printers are excellent. Used in alot of banks and retail companies around the world. Unlike the inkjets which are pants.

I had a lexmark inkjet and you're right it was pants - so I gave it to my father in law
