What the chances of play.com honouring a missed price order???

I place a order yesterday for a t-shirt in there £5 sale, had email to say order been taken but not to say the payment had been processed

So 2day i logged in to play.com to seed if the order had been dispatched or processed yet as it said item to be dispatched in 24 hours, its still at the order taken stage. honouring

So i decided to look to see if there was any other t-shirts i could add to my order. To my shock i noticed that the t-shirt that i had ordered had gone back up in price to £11.99.

What's my chances that play.com will send me the t-shirt for £5 or will they just cancel my order??

did you get order confirmation stating £5?

they should charge ya whatever the price at time of order was

(play are constantly changing there prices i wouldnt worry too much)

They'll most likely honor it. If you ordered it at that price and they have it you should get it for that.

    Yeah i did,

It was in the email confirming the order it said £5, but after 24 hours i at least expected them to take the money from my bank account & its still not gone yet

I got a camera for £13.49 (actually, less since I used a 5% discount voucher and quidco) when they reduced it to £134.99 - but put the decimal point in the wrong place. Only 3 people posted that they got one though and a lot of people ordered.

I have also ordered '3 for £15' in the past, cancelled 2 of the items and still got the third for £5 (although I was willing to pay full price after changing my mind about the other 2 items)

I think you will get it

Play.com NEVER,NEVER ever honour miss pricings. It happened to me many, many times.
They just do a refund or not take your money out. Which is a shame.
I like to know if anyone HAS been honour any miss pricing.........

    Update.

As i needed this item for some1 birthday present later this week i called play.com & asked them what is happening with my order. It turns out the item is no longer in stock & they wont be getting it in any more. Even tho you can t still search for it on there website

Is there CS this normaly this poor, surely they could of emailed me to see there was a problem/out of stock in stead of keeping me waiting!! Not happy now!! :x

Play.com CS is poor in the few times I have had to contact them and I have never had them honour any mis-prices in my experience.
