What to get for a 3 yr old boy for his birthday? no more cars/trains

As the title, for my little boy he is slightly developmentally delayed, so looking for things that are more eductional. He love things with wheels on them but he has so many of them so looking for some other ideas, his ability to sit down and concentrate on something is limited also trying to explain and complicated games is a no no for just now. I have already got him some of the take along thomas items so not interested in anything like that

I have 2 girls I find them easy to buy for but always find it difficult to know what to get a little boy, so looking for some one with a little more experience with boys than me, rep added for anyone who can help

Hi, have you thought aboout one of the vsmile consoles, my son got one for xmas and absoloutly loves it. I am now just looking around for a good deal on the pocket version so he can take it on days out etc as it uses the same games as the main consol, and most of the games are educational and include thomas, cars ,bob the builder an scooby doo etc. Also my 4 year old gets very board easy but can sit and plsy with lego/duplo for ages. Hope you manage to find something.

What about some of the lego duplo sets - age from 3 years but they get years of play out them. They do thomas sets, fire engines cars etc but he can pull them to bits & learn how to put them back together over time & the pieces are nice & large.

    Most major retailers sell it.

Also things like mega blocks which do an even bigger block size but very boy friendly eg :

    megabrands.com/Sho…Go/

again sold at most major retailers & really good for developing hand eye coordination etc + tough & able to withstand boys ;-)

Mega bargain and although it says 4+ but we have one for our lad and he's not quite 3 yet. He can grow into it and it's fun and educational

The V-tech Laptop is great, got one for my 3 year old for Xmas, she loves it! We got it from Debenhams when they were reduced to £10. Currently on Debenhams website for £20 but saw this also, good price and Debenhams have a 20% off code and free delivery code at the moment too

I bought him some roary ones think there was 10 in the box but he just eats the bits and thinks they are great for throwing, not interested in trying to do them though! this is why I have so much trouble trying to get something different for him that he likes, my girls were so much easier, I have a couple of things now thats not just cars! thankfully

We had one of those pop up tents and both my boys loved it at that age....it could go up in the middle of the living room or anywhere. Take down in about 30 seconds.
