What Top-upable/Pre-Paid Card with no Foreign Transaction fees

Hi, I have a Halifax Clarity which I normally use for no fee purchases but as I make a lot of low value purchases it is making my card statements a bit chaotic so I'm looking for something I can top-up/Pre-Pay with say £50 at a time so I'd just have the single transaction.

Any ideas? I was going to go with Monzo but they only let you have a current account now and not just a pre-paid debit card, I'm not sure what others there are that give a good rate (ideally rivalling the Clarity), no foreign fees and can be topped-up.

Revolut looks to also want to make you get a current account like Monzo.

You sure? That's optional unless it's a recent change. You sure it's not optional with Monzo too?
I love Fairfx - used it for years and pretty decent exchange rates too
Any other ideas, I can't see anything on the Revolut site to use it without getting a current account.
