What wall mount for 27" LCD?

Just bought a small LCD TV (Samsung LE27S73BDX). Not sure if the price is OK (299) but seems to be alright.

I want to wall mount it and need help in doing so. I've got a couple of questions:

1. What wall mount would you recommend (and, preferrably, where to buy it from) for such a TV, given that I want it to be slightly tilted.
2. The cables are to be routed from other room (garage, to be precise) and I am going to pass it through wall. Is there any cable routing thingie that will cover hole and provide good thermal insulation too?
3. The wall is wood-clad, but the base is solid brick (as you would expect from wall adjanced to garage). There is a gap (half of an inch I guess) between cladding and bricks - what kind of screws do I need to buy? A rawlbolts?

Thanks for help
