    What would you do if!!

You knew a woman who was married and was doing stuff behind her husbands back!

Would you tell the husband or keep it to yourself ?

    Serious Question!

your not very close but would say hello if you saw him!

mmm-stay out of it-in cases like this it can only go bad for the person doing the telling methinks-noone will thank you for news like that-my opinion only but what other people do is none of your business unless it directly harms you.

Hmm, interesting, would say hello then go see the wife methinks!

To be fair, the WORST thing to do (especially if the relationship with the parties is tenious) is get involved, sit back and enjoy the soap opera . . .

I'd keep quiet............the husband doesn't want you bragging to him about his wife. :w00t:

are you ready for the big fallout, think of the consequences before barging in

Unless you're actually friends with the man, I'd stay well out of it....

its jst the whole, thought of the husband getting used, i dont find it particularly fair tbh, if it was me no matter how hurt i would be i would like to know if my wife/gf/partner was fooling around

She sounds easy, I'd hit on her!

If you know about it and you're not particularly close, it's only a matter of time until it gets back to her husband anyway

thats you, that doesnt mean he would feel the same, maybe he already suspects but chooses to ignore till he is ready to deal with it. I once told a very good friend of mine her hubby was cheating, trust me it didnt go down well and he denied everything and left our friendship in tatters, the truth did come out in the end, when she decided she was ready to face it i suppose, we are still friends but not like we where, do i regret it, sometimes i regret it very much and other times i dont

as a human with feelings and a conscience, it sorta was your choice, but i see where you are coming from!

suppose it will all end in tears one day anyway!

Sounds like you've answered your own question by agreeing it was the correct choice.

I really feel for Sassie, as I would tell my friend in the same circumstance and I think my friend would be fuming if he knew I was aware of everything and kept my mouth shut.

Just like someone else said, if you're distant to the person and you've managed to findout, how long do you think it'll take for word to get back to the innocent party?

why dont you have a conscience if you do it anonymously :?

I'd blackmail her in exchange for sexual favours of course.

More so if she's hella fit.

    Tell her you know

This one's easy, as already stated 'you can't win' if you say something.

Say something now - there will be denial from both sides.
Say something after - they'll feel like you held it back from them on purpose.

Solution: forget you ever knew anything about it. Never mention it to either party (or anyone who knows them). It's a little white lie which if you were to tell the truth, wouldn't do anyone any good whatsoever.

You said yourself, doing it personally, changed your relationship with the people. If you'd have sent an anonymous note, then your relationship would be intact.

    I'd avoid like the plague....

My fiance's brother was going with a girl and I knew for a fact that she had been two timing him and going with another man behind his back, I told him and at first he was okay but it soon backfired on me as she said it was lies and we had a huge falling out.... He soon realised I told him the truth but never appoligised for the way he was acting towards me.... now I just stay clear, not worth the hassle

How do you know theres cheating going on if you dont know these people as friends? In the current credit crunch climate they may have split up and are living seperate lives in the same house willingly til finances look better etc. i know a couple who did this for about a year after they split up.
