Wii Fit

Both of these seem hard to find.

Hardest thing to get this Christmas has to be a Gary Glitter pantomime booking.

He's behind you!!!

I really mean it kids run!!! :whistling:

You planning on snapping them up to sell on Ebay or something?

It is lovely when people try to find what parents will be struggling to find, so they can go out and buy as many as possible and sell them on to the parents at vast profits.

I know its survival of the fittest and all, but i think its taking things a bit to far when people are going out to buy the most sought after gifts. Not really the Christmas spirit is it.

Actually i think it is quite ******. There i said it, so flame me i am not bothered.

Couldn't agree more....until last Christmas when I managed to bag 7 Wii's and paid off most of Christmas withthe profit off ebay.

The way I see it is if i don't do it someone else will so I may as well make myself some dosh.

In an ideal world it would work but unfortunately we don't live in the real world.

I agree!

Defo Wii fit, unless theres a hugh cargo ship full of them anchored in the med somewhere taking its time to deliver.

These things have been like gold dust all year so far. And whenever stores do get them, especially online, they are sold out in minutes.

Quite right to the people who buy them and sell them for a profit. We're always complaining about big corporations making huge profits but the minute the little guy has an idea to make a few extra quid (in a recession may i add), people seem to turn on each other.

Power to the little guy for their innovative ideas on making a few extra quid!

Christmas spirit doesnt put food on these peoples tables so they have to do whatever it takes to feed themselves and their families.

by the way, I had 2 Wii Fits and sold them for £120 a piece. :w00t: luvin it...luvin it...luvin it :w00t:

No I don't have a problem with bagging a bargain at Woolies if it does go bang, my problem with that post was that within 10 minutes of a pssible 30,000 jobs being at stake someone posts to ask if the sale will start soon. Which I thought was a little insensitive.

Question then, you have the chance to get 10 Wii fit's tomorrow @ £69.99

You can deffo sell them on ebay for say £50 profit would you get them?

Codswollop...insensitive or not. Thats the very reason sites like this exist. Any news of a shopping bargain then it gets posted to let other people know. theres always going to be a downside somewhere. As you say, its not an ideal world....:whistling:

1. I wouldnt sell them on eBay. and
2. if I did it wouldnt be a £50 profit after all the fees they charge and postage costs.
3. I'd make sure I bought more than 10 if i could.

Its a supply and demand matter. If someone wants to pay over the odds for an item then its obviously worth it to them or they wouldnt be doing it. If they wanted it at 69.99 then they'd be on the hunt for it at that price same as you.

The shops forcing people to buy overpriced bundles containing games they couldn't normally sell rather than just the Wii fit itself annoys me more than those selling on Ebay.
