Happy New Year, and happy new decade.

We have left the 2010's and now entering the 2020's so if you have a great memory what is your best deal you got in the 2010's

Mine you ask?, Well there are two that I think are both really good.

£30 worth of M&S Christmas sweets and chocolates for £2.10 (10p each)
10p for a £8.99 LEGO set

Myself I honestly can't think! But my best mate got a car last year from a dealership, part exchanged his old car and the dealership forgot to take his £7000 payment for the new one, this was 9 months ago and still hasn't heard nothing

Tell your best mate to take his little boy out more often.. I would, kids are so expensive!

This little boy “saved” him a whole lot of £££

Nope, you'd have thought after this long they'd have clicked on! But guess they've just taken it is a miss and wrote it off.
Even worse they sent him a £100 fuel voucher a month later as it was part of the deal

Wow! I’m genuinely shocked and very jealous! Somehow, somewhere they’ve taken the hit and simply written it off. Lucky fella! X

Does anybody remember the Razer deal that they honoured?

Instead of 10% off, you paid 10% of the items value (90% off). I remember thinking at the time ‘there’s no point, there is no way they will honour this’.

They honoured it but capped it at 1 item per person. Probably the best deal I’ve seen even if it was unintentional.
Got 55inch Samsung TV from JL after they price matched Richer Sounds for £420
Andrexgate and the ghd ones were a couple that stand out for me.
Mine was the lego vip deal a few weeks back on here. Got 3 years of xbox game pass ultimate for free.
+Alexa Echo dot for £1
+£300 BBQ on Amazon warehouse deals for £40
+PHD smart bars for 52p each from £2 at H&B
+Loads of Homebase bargains including a SDS MAX Drill for £22 with SDS chistles for 50p
Makita sliding miter saw for £120. Tool chests for £150 from £500, Extension leads for a tenner.
+65 inch curved 9000 series TV for £650 from £2000 at John lewis.

My best bargain every has to be my 49 inch Toshiba TV from Costco with 5 year warranty. Pallet of TVs all reduced to clear with 50%+ off normal price however an in-store promotion had £200 off my model so i walked out with the TV for £76 quid. Safe to say we didn't stop for the hotdogs and soda.
Not a deal, but after my repair centre, retailer and Sony fell out I ended up with a full refund on a £1500 TV and a (at the time) £4000 TV replacement.

And another one - bought a Surface Pro 3 that was stuck in a windows 10 upgrade boot loop for 45 quid with pen, keyboard, dock
