if you regularly read this website it seems to be a 'free five year warranty' and a 'price match'.

these items are the gold at the end of the rainbow and more important than world peace and nuclear disarmament and a better bargain than the end of third world starvation.

Sorry folks, just having a bit of fun.
I love you guys really, the people on here are so honest sometimes, like telling me how much they hate the company I work for and wishing it would go into administration so thousands would lose their jobs cos you don't like our customer service.

love it.

todays whacky questions from customers have included
"whats your smallest 42" tv"
"will this laptop do what I want?"
"is that 37" a 40?"
"whats blee-ray?" (sounds right if you say it with a geordie accent)
"can you show me how to use my mp3 player?"
"have you got one of them computers with the foldy-down lid?"
"do you sell fit-wiis?"
"I'm looking for this pc monitor (shows me bit of paper with name on it and I check stock), No, I reply, we have none instock I'm afraid. "Yeah I tried to reserve one online and it said you were out of stock"

Hehe i understand mate. Used to work in retail myself and most customers are a pain in the ass. Expect you to know what they want before they do and expect so much of you.

The warranty and price match are good crowd pleasers though

Have some rep, its obviously been a bad day

it wasnt so much of a bad day it was rammed at our store (Currys Digital in South Shields), but the eclipse system went down and we couldnt search for store/area/warehouse stock for a while plus everyone seemed to be wanting the sale deals that are sold out now.

this sale has been a excellent one for DSGi, thats for sure.

Sorry to all the haters but the company has done very very well out of the LG 7000 deals, the samsung 556 50" and the 456 32".
