Whats the Travel Surrey Number? Need to file a Bus Driver Complaint.

Found 16th May 2009
I need to make a complaint about a Bus Driver. My girlfriend was at Thorpe Park waiting for a bus. She was talking to me over the phone and the bus just sped past her as if she was not there waiting. It was in service heading towards Woking (446) with People on it. Bus drivers are becoming a disgrace with attitude likes this. There is no right for them not to stop when indicating that you would like to get on. She was in the right place waiting for 45 Minutes. I've been searching google for their Nearest Local Branch not an 0845/0208 Number, I had the timetable but have lost it where they had all the numbers on it. Has anyone got their number by any chance?

Don't think they are obliged to stop unless you put your hand out .He might of thought she just stopped there to talk on her phone

I think in Surrey they opened a Travel Surrey Branding aswell as Travel London

What do you mean? It's just a normal bus stop had a sign post clearly displayed bus stop and the marking in the road.

Thanks but as far as I knew there was an 01483 Number floating about somewhere to the nearest office that are open on Weekends.
a requst stop means you need to put hand out, itds used when the bus stop uses more than one service
Did she stick her arm out mate? round ere they are strict and wont stop unless you flag them clearly theres posters on every bus saying they wont stop unless you do, also they say they wont stop if the bus is considered full .
Maybe that driver only stops for pretty girls?

( Sorry Marky, only joking! )

was it a request stop?

its a stop where you have to stick out your hand as many buses use the stop, they don't stop unless you do or it could have been full
If she didn't make it clear to driver he didn't have to stop, I'm a bus driver and I've lost count of the number of times I've stopped and people look blankly cause they don't want to get on but were just waiting for someone, a lift etc. Sorry to sound harsh but if she was talking to you and just expected the bus to stop then she's no one to blame but herself
