When is it the best time to buy a Samsung tablet before or after Christmas?

Looking to buy a Samsung tablet around the £200 mark, I don't need it for Christmas so any time between now and mid January. Just wondered if there would be better deals before Christmas or should I wait until after Christmas, any feedback would be gratefully received as I don't know much about computers and tablets. Also which Samsung tablet would be the best to get for around £200. Thanks
