Don't see why I should pay £8 for a prescription and dental care when some workshy dole dosser gets it for free... The amount of NI I pay, Id bupa with the nurses from Benny Hill mopping my brow...

Sometimes i think to myself it would be better for me not to work! I'd get everything for free expenses would be next to nothing! With all the benefits available its a very tempting decisions!

What annoys me most is the fact the working class people seem to be hit the worse! Tax's are always on the increase to help fund/accomodate the lazy t***s who'd rather go and sign on one a fortnight!

I blame the government for not letting people know that it provided free healthcare and education. I'm sorry that you weren't able to use these and we can only thank the magical fairies who installed phone lines without any help from the government so that you could alert us to this.

Well unfortunately there are people in this country with conditions a bit more serious than your's and resources are limited.

You can shout about it until you're blue in the face (which considering your medical condition might not be either advisable or long-lasting) but that's just the way it is.

Yes. In this country the only two conditions people suffer from are asthma and heroin addiction.

Or maybe heroin addiction has a larger social impact on other people than your's does and 'curing' it cuts police costs, insurance costs and allows the reformed act to become a working taxpayer...

and they can then moan about 'broken Britain'.

I think you would need to be very very rich to get complete private healthcare. Those who have private healthcare and then have to claim against it may find it DOES NOT provide the cover they expected or that it is time limited. If its really so bad that you spend several thousand pounds a year on it, you should probably consider applying for assistance with the costs (or consider it may be COPD?). Or you could stop exaggerating and accept that you are financially better off than an awful lot of people in this country and can afford the £7.20 presciption cost....
