my hubby really fancied having some toast toppers, hasnt had for years , i cant find in supermarkets , does anyone know if theres anywhere that sells them ?. thanx
I love them but I think they were Campbells that I remember , Creamed mushrooms was my favourite . I got a couple of tins a few months back , just have a wander down the supermarket aisles ,maybe by the soups or the gravys .

I've sen them in Home Bargains, always a good place (like B&Ms) to find forgotten brands. I've even seen Swan Vesta packet curries in there - lets hope retro 70s food doesn't become trendy!

Could possibly be. Specially when they're only being sold in shops like that and not the big supermarkets.
I'm sure they probably have too much sugar/ salt in them - but yummy

I've been buying them in B&M for years so if it's end of line it's going on for a very long time. The couple of tins I have in the cupboard are long-dated.

Or you could have what I'm about to have - Cubed half inch ish spuds , add mushrooms onions (in an omelette pan ) a few chillies ,a few mixed veg from the freezer . Fry up ,then add a couple of beaten eggs (with a bit of milk ) - its called a frittata I believe . When firm add a few sliced tomatoes and cover with cheese . About 5 mins under the grill and Bobs your Uncle -you could even put it on a slice of toast . As you can tell I'm almost a veggie but you could always add to the fry stage - chopped bacon (salami /prosciutto ?) The possibilities are endless
Have them in Poundland.

We're always reviewing our product ranges, as well as continually updating and improving our recipes.
