The local pub .. They sell loads of beers / ciders / wines / spirits . Why drag your carcass around crowded shops looking at tat in the sale ? Sit and get wasted with friends and family instead.

Stay at home eat food and get fat lol

Depending on where you are your local shopping centre will be open at the crack of dawn, up here in Newcastle we've got town or The Metrocentre, people go nuts boxing day and half the time the stuffs not even than much cheaper

The bullring & all the retail parks will be open enjoy

Aw hope you feeling better now, yes you can definitely make up on Christmas, I never used to bother with the sales but last year I went to the small retail park on Blackburn and managed to get lots of decent priced baby clothes and baby stuff, this year planning on stocking up on baby clothes, you can never have to many baby clothes lol, iv found that after new years that's when they reduce things more, I'm a sucker for a sale lol

Blackburn has a small retail park they have,
Next, argos, tkmax, and boots and opposite there is a mother care and matalan they quite small the town centre us quite small to, I'm only going shopping for my little one so might be okay just sticking to the retail park.

    Nice day out

I'm from Rossendale (next to Blackburn) and if I lived in B'burn and wanted to go shopping on Boxing Day, I'd go into Blackburn itself. It'll be packed though, so be prepared for crowds and queues in just about every shop. Blackburn has just been voted the North West's best town or something like that!

However, on Boxing Day, people really ought to be eating, drinking, resting and being merry, if they don't have to work (sending infinite amounts of gratitude to our emergency services, NHS staff and other workers who have no choice, or have opted, to work over Christmas).

Whatever you decide to do, have fun!
