Where would you get a decent rate to buy euros?

Going to Europe and looking to buy some euros, not in thousands but few hundred. Thanks

Try comparison websites for latest deals.

If you go to the Martin Lewis money saver site just type in currency that take you to a link fill in the details and that will show you the best rate you can get in your area or further afield depending on what radius you put in

currency fx have always given me the best rate and despite me having a nervous few days as it's by bank transfer they have always been fine

The Post Office Foreign Currency ON LINE .... not at the post office counter! Worth checking, sometimes they beat all others and can deliver through your letterbox

Get a Revolut card, you top it up and use it when abroad and it always gives you the best interbank rates.
I have used in the USA and Europe and it has been great.

    Where exactly are you going?

I mostly find exchanging sterling abroad gives best rate.

Cash on a card at a good rate try weswap.
    Has good customer care.

Did u mange to make your time machine then...?
I don't think comments likes 'go to John Lewis' are gonna help you much.

And for a few hindered quid you'd waste more money in Petrol or bus fair. Better to go to your local exchange.

A couple of cents is going to make very little difference on a few hundred quid.
