When i worked in retail a few years ago and we had bad weather it was amazing to see the panic buying. Milk will freeze so people stock up.!

I have struggled to get bread and milk over the last few days and the snow isnt that bad in Devon!

watched a farmer on the news having to let it all flow away as the tanker couldn't get to him to pick it up. glad i don't use milk in brews so not had to shop for it, but i saw lots of longlife milk in morrisons yesterday.

Why do people always panic buy milk and bread? I would rather panic buy something good such as chocolate.

As above, deliveries are scarce at the moment, and with people panic buying, it's reducing the stock levels. My local has no bread, milk, sugar or salt, cat litter is also very low.

There is no reason to panic buy, deliveries can get through (slowly)
