    which budget android tablet?

my son needs to replace his broken 10inch tablet and with all the deals around I'm completely bamboozled about which to advise him to buy. hoping you guys don't mind suggesting the best IYO to go for?
anything 7-10inch is fine (understand he's likely to get Better quality smaller tab). he uses it mainly for game apps also watching online videos on YouTube etc and general browsing.
preferably 16g as i know most apps won't move to SD these days and he likes to have a few.
last tab was hipstreet pilot 10 and did the job fine but it was a bit slow and had charging issues where it would regularly crash and need reset, so preferably looking for one better quality that isn't likely to have these annoying issues.
£70 available to spend, can possibly top up a little if really worthwhile, but happy to go for cheaper 7inch and have change if something good enough out there.
any suggestions much appreciated as my head hurts looking at all the options. cheers!

I would recommend a cheap Lenovo they are good or a old iPad mini

We got my little boy an amazon kindle fire from argos and downloaded google play store (followed an online tutorial) so he can download all the android apps. It plays youtube videos seamlessly too. We paid around £40 i think but not sure what price they're at now.

I've got a Lenovo A10-70, it's a great tablet for the price, my daughter has the slightly cheaper A10-30 and for the money you really can't complain

deal just gone up for Amazon fire, these any good for the money?

Had the same issue as you OP and after breaking a Lenovo A10-70 we opted for the new Lenovo tab 3 10.1 inch. Last i saw it was £100 at Argos and Argos eBay. Very happy with it and the 'Kids mode' was a bonus (controlling what apps they can use and time restrictions through separate profiles)

I personally think they're really good. They don't come with play store installed though so this is something you'd have to do yourself.
