    Which claim firm?

Hi, I had an accident at work and am looking to put in a claim against the company I work for, There seems that many of these "no win, no fee" firms out there so can anyone help with choosing one?. Thanks in advance

Was the company actually at fault for the accident?

Irwin Mitchell sorted my parents out with an injury claim they sustained in a car accident.

just remember to ask about their fee in case of winning as No win no fee doesn't mean its free
they usually charge 25% of your claim which can be alit in case of big claim

are you in a works union if so go through them

Check your home insurance in case you are covered through them. You can usually speak to a solicitor and have a free consultation at the major law firms.

I 2nd this I used the legal assistance on my home insurance when I was ran over by a reckless driver. the insurance covers the legal fees so all the compensation is yours.
