Hi all.

Out of all the recycling companies like envirofone etc which is the one people use most with the best rep? I wanna sell my current phone to pay off the remainder of my contract.

Cheers.

I've used Mazuma twice without problem, that said I am not promoting them nor saying they are any better than others.

I have also use Mazuma 5 times with no problems. I once used O2 and had nothing but problems (all for the sake of an extra £12) So defo Avoid O2.
Never used any others.

Check and see what CeX give you in cash.

Cex are a pain to deal with they need the phone for 24 hours and then can depreciate at their leisure

Mazuma as they guarantee the price they offer

LG g5... And yeah all fully working.

Anything but music magpie and also cex don't hold a phone for 24 hours in the shop it's normally a quick 30 mins check. I always time it so I go for a haircut up the road or just browse the games and DVDs section in the shop

Ah ok, last time I used them for an electronic device it was 24 hours.

This is not a dig but you're going to get different answers from different people - all these sites are much of a muchness and you'll find good and bad reviews for all of the more popular ones. It's like asking who the best mobile phone network is.

The real answer is that as far as post-in recycling companies go...there isn't a 'best' one.

Just go with the best price within a known brand because you could end up getting messed about regardless. If you're honest about the condition to begin with though - and scrutinise the device for any bends, flexibility around the screen assembly or discolouration on the screen then I don't see you having too much of a problem. If I'm recycling I tend to look at Carphone Warehouse and Cex first - CPW sometimes match or best sites like Music Magpie and with them all you have to do is take it to the shop, then they run a quick test and authorise the payment to your card. This is the least stressful way to recycle a phone in my experience. Cex is the other option, since if their trade in for vouchers is really good you can easily sell them on here for 80%.
