Thanks - that's given me a bit more of an idea!!

There are lots of rewiews on here
shavers.co.uk/

I think rotary Phillishaves are the better than foil shavers and there have been some good deals from Amazon recently (posted on here).

foil shaves = rubbish

rotary = a rare case of price means quality. Will need to spend at least £50 IMHO.

I far prefer a wet shave as so much quicker, closer and hygenic.

Thanks for your help. I was looking to probably spend around £50 anyway. It's just really for those in-between days really

right - i think i'm gonna go for the Phillips Phillishave HQ7180.

found it for £54 on shavers uk....
Hope its good

thanks for all your help!

I'd be very careful with the rotarys. They're very much like Marmite, you either love them or hate them. They can give a closer shave than the foils but they also don't agree with sensitive skin, they tend to give me a nasty rash so I can't use them at all but I prefer a wet shave anyway :).

Not bad but make sure you shop around. The shavers.co site do some good deals but they are not always the cheapest. Check Boots as well.

Definitely get one (like the HQ7180) that you can rinse under the tap and don't get those with built-in mosturiser (the sachets cost a fortune)

HAHA rep from me too! Unfortunately, I have already got it! I got one yesterday from boots and it was reduced to £49.99. Not bad really. Only a few pounds difference.

Thanks for the help everyone!!!!
