Which is the best MacBook to get out of these?

MacBook Air 2017 for £770
MacBook Air 2018 for £950
MacBook Pro 2017 £1000
MacBook Air 2019 for £1060

They all have i5 8gb and 128gb

Not too sure to be honest. If anything I can plug in an external hard drive or online storage.
Those are very poor prices and can be found for much cheaper if you look around. Avoid the Air 2017 completely. Completely rule it out right now.

The i5's in the Macbook Airs are not the same as in the Pro's. There is a big difference in the power between them.

Yes software like photoshop are best used on MacBook Pro for sure

You could do, but they're slower and often more awkward. If you're spending this sort of money on a laptop you don't want to be settling for compromises like that.
