Found 25th Jul 2009
I'm looking for a new monitor.
24" or 26"
Wall mountable (vesa 100x100mm would be ideal)
Resolution of 1920x1200

Willing to spend up to £300 but would prefer £250 unless the extra £50 really is worth it.

Any recommendations?

  1. Misc
  2. Monitor

Do you need it for any colour accurate work & the best viewing angles? If not a TN-based panel will do, & consider one of these:

]HANNS.G HG281DP • LCD display • TFT • 27.5" • widescreen • 1920 x 1200 • 500 cd/m2 • 800:1 • 3 ms • 0.309 mm • HDMI, VGA • speakers = £284 (incl cheapest del) @ IT247 | User reviews @ ]Overclockers

]Iiyama Pro Lite E2607WS-1 26" TFT Monitor 1920x1200 300cd/m2 4000:1 (dynamic) 2ms 16:9 Multimedia HDMI/DVI-D/VGA Black = £287.50 + del @ Misco | Full specs @ ]Iiyama

Nope, will just be used for general use + films.

Thanks I'll have a look at those screens.

I'd prefer the Iilyama out those 2.

How does the LG W2600H-PF compare? It can be had for about £260

Yeah I like the T260 but you need to buy an additional part to wall mount it which is out of stock everywhere at the moment.
