    Fresh Fruit and vegetables topped with pint of Guinness - just in case…
    Almost any “complete” supplement will give you more than you need of all the important things.
    If you have a medical deficiency – talk to your doctor about what to take.

    myprotein ' true whey' , anything not from myprotein is money down the drain imo, same quality as stuff double the price

    My boyfriend uses the PHD stuff after it being recommended by a personal trainer at the gym who swears it's the best.

    none just eat a balance diet and then you get all the nutrients you need buying dietary supplements is just a complete and utter rip off.

    Be carefull with the Synergy 7 as it's an all in one, if you eat 100% healthy you'll be ok if not you will put weight on.

    Maximuscle stuff is a rip off

    Try to mix your protien shake with water. Mixing it with milk has a lot of sugar and fat in it. Also your body absorbs it quicker with water, which is very good after a workout
