Looked all over the net but cant seem to nail who Halfords use to manufacture there own brand batteries. I've heard it could be Yuasa but havn't got concrete info about. Any idea people?

sorted byI used Tanya a few years back , good price and prompt delivery, only issue I had was 9 months down the line when the battery started playing up . Contacted Tanya who said I had to return it at my own expense , they would then send it away for testing, if it came back that the battery was faulty they would replace it , could take up to a month, not sure what they expected me to do in the meantime just leave the car parked up I suppose, anyway bought a replacement from Halfords instead.
If your looking for a new battery go on tayna.co.uk
Cant find the satety and warning sheet. Specifically its the halfords EFB096 battery (edited)
Think they probably still do currently
Shows when I look , Yuasa.
That information doesn't seem to be available to some of the EFB batteries.
There is a line that suggest some batteries may not....
"Alongside its own three and four year guarantee automotive battery ranges, Halfords stock Yuasa’s HSB5000 Silver series as its premium five year guarantee automotive option." (edited)
My apologies I looked at wrong battery.
Google eBay my garage. Select your car, look up battery. Some sellers have 15% off until the 17/02/21.
Personal choice is Bosch or Varta. Yuasa look ok also.
I have a halfords trade card which helps with a bit of discount.
With trade card its £96.80 (edited)
