Who offers the best exchange/trade in value CeX or Game.co.uk?

I'm looking to exchange my PS3 for an XBox 360 Slim.

The base price of CeX's consoles is higher, but by taking their in store credit option you get more credit than if you want a cash price.

In your experience who offers the best exchange CeX or Game.co.uk?
I can't see a way of finding out what Game give you in trade in value.
